Arizon has an industry-leading warranty on our products and an unparalleled commitment to service for our air structure customers.

Warranties

Our fabric carries a 15-year warranty against defects and workmanship—five years longer than other air structure and frame fabric building manufacturers’ warranties.  Furthermore, some competitors only warranty their fabric craftsmanship for just 4 years.

All other components (lighting, doors, frame, etc.) carry a 2 year warranty—twice as long as the one year warranties offered by our competitors.

Finally, Johnson Air Rotation inflation, heating, and/or cooling systems have a two year warranty—twice as long as the one year warranties offered by our competitors on systems that they don’t even build.

Service

We manufacture, install and maintain the products we sell. After you purchase an Arizon air, frame or tension structure and rely on the most experienced group of professionals in the world, we back our experience with the best product warranty of its kind. This warranty is made even more meaningful because we manufacture the products we sell.

We are not simply “brokers,” selling components manufactured by others and relying on a disconnected group of vendors to perform the follow up and warranty services demanded by an air, frame or tension structure.   Arizon’s dedicated customer service team will also assist you with arranging seasonal install/take-down service and yearly maintenance service.  Arizon has customer service technicians who travel around the world directly providing these services for our clients.

Furthermore, due to the fact that we also manufacture our structures’ inflation and/or HVAC systems, in the rare cases that issues do arise with our high quality Johnson systems, you can talk directly to the people who manufactured your unit.

Arizon also offers consulting services to aid in site selection, code compliance, business plan creation, etc., construction/project management, and financing and insurance to ensure a turnkey project.

Arizon’s factory-trained technicians are supplemented by regional managers and factory-authorized technicians to better serve you.

An example of our customer-friendly service culture occurred prior to a 24-inch/24-hour snowfall in New York City. Each structure in the Arizon database received detailed operating instructions to on how to cope with ice, snow and other emergency conditions. In a different situation, timely operating and maintenance instructions reached our Southern Florida customers prior to damaging hurricanes in their area.

Insurance

Concerned about insuring your air structure investment?  Arizon provides exclusive property and casualty insurance and is ranked by our insurance carrier as “preferred risk”.  Arizon Structures also carries an “AAA” credit rating and has extensive resources to help you finance your next project.
